A top-of-the-line color dispensing system for block plants and precast operations, now more accessible than ever.
Posted 5/13/2026
If you run a block plant or precast operation, you know that consistent color requires consistent dosing. Consistent dosing requires equipment that is intuitive, easily integrated into your existing infrastructure, and reliable. The GT Cube is built for exactly that. Self-contained, streamlined, and built on the same proven platform used in high-volume production operations for years.
The QuickColor® GT Cube is a single, compact unit with four integrated color hoppers built in. There are no racks to assemble, no separate components, and no custom configuration required. Everything your plant needs to dose color accurately is contained in one footprint.
Supersacks are front-loaded with a forklift and dumped directly into the hoppers from above.
For plants that have been working around a rack-based system, the difference in floor space is immediate. The GT Cube fits where a traditional setup won’t.
“The GT Cube delivers full GT-1 performance in a self-contained package. A smaller footprint, faster installation, and a more economical path to automated color dosing.”
— Todd Holyfield, VP, Iron Oxide Products & Equipment, Solomon Colors
A full GT-1 installation typically takes a week. The GT Cube is up and running in 3 to 4 days.
Your plant doesn’t go offline during installation. The Solomon Colors team works around your operation, and once the system is live, we stay involved. We run test batches, dial in your mix designs, and program your most-used color recipes as presets. Remote access to the control system allows for remoted training, troubleshooting and ongoing support.
The GT Cube delivers full GT-1 performance at a lower cost. The savings come from eliminating the rack system and custom build, not from compromising the machine.
Inside, it runs on the same controls, software, and weigh chamber. You get the same trusted dosing accuracy, reliability, and color range. The GT Cube doses to a tolerance of +/- 0.05 lbs.
Because the system uses ColorFlo® SG Granular Color, you can produce thousands of possible shades using only four primary colors. When you need something specific, Solomon Colors’ in-house color lab works directly with you and your mix design to dial in custom colors.
