Stamped concrete is a craft and training is important to mastering it. Nothing beats getting hands on and working with the assistance of qualified trainers. Learn from manufacturer representatives, expert trainers, and even your classmates.
“How To” videos can only do so much. You can watch a fifteen minute video about stamping concrete and learn a lot. You could also watch a demonstration of an afternoon. However, nothing compares to actually pouring concrete, finishing, stamping, detailing, and sealing the whole slab. Even if you’ve placed hundreds of stamped concrete slabs, training is your chance to try something new with no risk of screwing up your customer’s property. This is your place to try new things and make mistakes.
Brickform Training is set for April 1st through 3rd in Springfield, Illinois. This comprehensive training seminar is focused solely on stamped concrete. By the end of the seminar, even novice concrete finishers should have a strong working knowledge of stamped concrete techniques and the ability to succeed in their local market.
Training will cover complete processes for designing, installing, and troubleshooting stamped concrete. Attendees will learn to use a wide range of texturing tools, coloring products, repair products, and decorative concrete sealers. Proper usage of finishing aids and fibers will also be covered as a means of enhancing stamped concrete performance. In between hands-on sessions, there will be discussions and classes covering project estimating, design, and marketing for contactors.
This event is designed specifically for contractors, but it is open to all professionals in the concrete industry. Brickform Training features a large amount of hands-on learning. Attendees should expect to get down and dirty at this training event! All skill levels are welcome. Basic, intermediate, and advanced techniques will all be demonstrated and included in interactive training. All skill levels have something to gain by attending and taking part.
Brickform Training is a great value, too! Three days of in-depth training only costs you $350. That is hundreds less than other, similar training events. Every contractor also gets over $100 worth of finishing tools to use during the event and take home, plus gift cards and other free gifts. You would be hard-pressed to find a better value in decorative concrete training. Bring your whole crew!
